The standard grip is a 1-3/8" diameter with the fat grip being 2" in diameter. Both made from hardwood. The side supports are made from red oak and are 4" high and 7-1/2" wide. The short bars are each 10" long making them easy to travel with, and provide excellent stability for all types of handbalancing. The raw wood grip is sweat absorbing and extremely durable.
