The wide grip handles are 2" in diameter, making them easy on the wrists and palms and excellent for grip training. The side supports are made from red oak and are 4" high and 7-1/2" wide. The bars are each 10" long making them easy to travel with, and provide excellent stability for all types of handbalancing. The raw wood grip is sweat absorbing and extremely durable.
